I'm Dr. Tiff, and I help people unlock their personal power through transformative wellbeing programs.

With a PhD in Psychology and Business, I offer keynote speaking, corporate wellbeing programs, employee wellness workshops and leadership development, as well as specialised programs for life transitions, including divorce navigation, empowered parenting, and workplace re-entry support.

Through face-to-face workshops, seminars, online training and organisational partnerships, I work with companies, organisations, universities and individuals to understand the importance and benefits of wellbeing awareness and how this process helps to achieve genuine transformation and leadership development.
